Letter of recommendation

My company introduced me to Perpetuum as part of the executive leadership development and coaching program. My ambition: to become a more effective leader through self-awareness – building on my strengths whilst improving on my weaknesses. An ambition which without Perpetuum I would not have been able to achieve. Perpetuums positive attitude and open mindedness paired with her unique coaching style expressed by her remarkable ability to ask exactly the right questions carried me along the journey from in-depth self-reflection, looking at myself objectively to self-awareness and ultimately change. I can confidently say that the coaching has enabled me to see my personality from a different angle, to value my strengths and to recognize, accept and mitigate my weaknesses.
